Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Atelier (“Atelier”, “we”, “us”), the personal AI assistant at atelier.ciprari.ai. By using Atelier you agree to them.

1. The service

Atelier is a private assistant that answers questions, writes and explains code, generates images, video and ideas, builds small web apps, and — if you connect them — works with your Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Stripe, Cloudflare and Railway accounts and your desktop browser. Access requires the owner’s passcode.

2. Your account and access

• Keep the passcode confidential; you are responsible for activity that uses it.
• You must have the right to access any account you connect, and you remain responsible for complying with those services’ own terms.
• You can disconnect any account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Actions taken for you

Atelier can read connected accounts to answer your requests. Actions that send, post, pay, refund, change or delete something are shown to you on an approval card and happen only after you approve them. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve. Atelier never enters passwords or payment details in your browser.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Atelier to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights (including intellectual property and privacy);
• create malware, spam, fraud, harassment, or content that exploits or harms minors;
• access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
• violate the usage policies of the AI providers Atelier relies on (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and NVIDIA).

5. AI output

• AI-generated answers, code, images and video can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review output before relying on it — especially for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical matters, which Atelier does not provide professional advice on.
• As between you and us, you own your inputs and the outputs generated for you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers and applicable law.

6. Third-party services

Atelier relies on third-party services (Cloudflare, AI model providers and the accounts you connect). Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and features that depend on them may change or stop working.

7. Availability and changes

Atelier is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the update.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service — including actions you approved in connected accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero).

9. Termination

You may stop using Atelier at any time and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.
